You may also need time off for tests, appointments, and treatment, or to cope with your feelings, and it can be difficult to concentrate and work when you feel anxious, shocked or upset.
After treatment, getting back to work can help you to feel you are getting back to normal. The Company will always give consideration to a phased return where possible (e.g., on less hours to begin with) or other adjustments to help you return to work.
