| 7. Holiday use it or lose it!
Communication It is important to confirm your rules around holiday to employees and this will normally be done in the contract of employment and the employee handbook / holiday policy.  Please take a look at the template documents for further information.  It would also be recommended that you send an annual communication about Use it or lose it to employee and workers (or more frequently if required), to remind employees of the rules and the consequences if they do not book their holiday.
