What is Bullying and Harassment?   Bullying and harassment is any behaviour that's intended to humiliate or undermine a person in some way. At work, it's most likely to take one or more of the following forms: ignoring a person and/or excluding them from activities; making verbal insults or banter; horseplay; making baseless accusations; and physical incidents, e.g. accidental pushing.  Harassment is unwanted conduct related to a relevant protected characteristic, which has the purpose or effect of violating an individual's dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for that individual.
