  How do Zero Hours Contract Work?   There are two kinds of zero hours contracts. An employment contract or a worker contract.    In an employment contract the employer will not be required to provide work to the individual, but the employee may be required to accept it.    In a worker contract there will be no obligation for the employer to offer work, or for workers to accept it.   Most zero hours contracts are 'worker' contracts and not contracts of employment.
