Human Resources (HR) is NOT about being "pink and fluffy". HR should be about a practical and effective approach to managing people that supports the organisation and helps the business achieve its objectives.

However, people can also be one of your biggest liabilities as there are numerous legal requirements to comply with, and it can be difficult to know where to start and exactly what you need to do. How do I get access to guidance and templates?

You can access some content free of charge and without having to provide any details. You can access more FREE content with Regular Membership, but you will need to sign up/register and give your email address. To access all the guidance and templates, you will need to be a Premium Member. 

Will you notify me when there is an update?

Yes. Provided you have signed-up/registered as a Regular Member or subscribe to Premium Membership, you will be sent an email notification about any changes. You can then log in and view the Recent Updates page on the home page that gives links to the updated pages. Please note that some updates may only be available to Premium Members. 

How often is the site updated?

The site is updated on a continual basis. This may include adding new content or amending existing content if there is a change in employment law or regulations. If you sign up/register for Regular Membership or subscribe to Premium Membership, you will receive a notification when there is an update.
